We wanted to share our most heartfelt thank yous to all of our friends and our mom's friends who have written us such loving cards and e-mails over the past two months. It has been an incredibly difficult time for all of us as we try to move on with our lives without the abundant enthusiasm and encouragement that our mom provided for each us.
We are also overwhelmed by the incredible generosity that so many of you have shown through your contributions to the scholarship fund we established at Arcadia High School where mom worked for the past 13 years. We owe each one of you a note of gratitude, and we hope to find some time in the next month to be able to write these.
Your kindness and emotional support means so much to us and helps us remember how loved and cherished our mom was by her dear friends. We look forward to seeing many of you at Desert Botanical Gardens on August 28th when we can celebrate our mom's life together.
